For any reason, you need to return any parts ordered from ACPSA, as of 1/6/2022 you will have 30 days form the date of delivery to return unused parts. We will not credit parts that have been fitted or used. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a restocking fee of 20% of items price will be charged on any parts returned. Please email to get a return authorisation BEFORE sending. If the parts you receive are proven to be faulty, then an exchange or credit may be arranged in accordance with Samsung’s parts warranty terms and conditions and in accordance with ACL.
